Fasting tests
Lipid, glucose, and comprehensive metabolic panels need 8 to 12 hours of fasting. Plain water is fine — coffee and food are not. CBC, A1C, thyroid, and vitamin D need no fasting.
Employer drug screens
Employer-based drug screens are walk-in only, Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Every other test follows our regular posted hours.

How long does a walk-in lab visit usually take?
Most visits take 10 to 15 minutes from check-in to walking out. Blood draws are usually the longest part at about 5 minutes. Drug screens and DNA cheek-swab collections are typically under 5 minutes.
What hours are walk-ins accepted?
Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Employer-based drug screens are walk-in only Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. We are closed Sunday.
